  OK so I'm a local, and I always want something sweet after a long day at work and school so I stop here before I go home. For like the past two weeks all I've wanted was a freaking milkshake not even a medium or a large like really i just want a freakin milkshake but no... Every single time... "Sorry our icecream machine is broken right now we are having someone come and look at it hopefully tomorrow." The first few days I was okay with it but after the first week I was not too pleased, I am for real getting super mad its not even okay anymore. Honestly too much longer and I'm NEVER coming back, they don't even make any "good" food anyways just go to the dairy queen not even a mile up the road. Much better quality for a little bit more...

  Went for dinner with my 6yo and all I can tell you is don't walk to avoid this place...RUN. Employees using vulgar language regularly, much less in front of my kid. 25 min to get a happy meal and a #1 combo with only two tables of guests in the place. Then manager Rita slamming stuff around after I asked for a refund. It's like a private high school party in here and the GM is absent. An off duty manager somehow thought it was appropriate to engage in conversations where the employees came out from behind the counter to laugh and stare at me about the situation. If they were my kids I would have yanked them across the counter and put them over my knee like their mamas should have done. I have tolerated alot from this same management and night crew given that this is only one of 3 places in our community, but I will not tolerate this kind of behavior and disrespect in front of my son. Clearly these idiots won't be taking advantage of tuition assistance benefits. They can't even make a microwave hamburger. I will be personally in touch with corporate for sure

  Have been there about 10 times in the past 2 weeks (don't you judge me), and only 1 small mistake on the order once. In fact today I thought they had left out my straw and was about to get all uppity when I realized I'm the idiot that lost it in my passenger seat cushion.
  
  For people that get up at ungodly hours to serve me breakfast, I give an A+ to the staff.
